Success Criteria


To continue subsidise a wide range of extra curricular clubs, emphasising on non mainstream activities to be more inclusive and led by specialist, qualified sports coaches.

All children, irrelevant of their ability and year group are able to access a wide range of sporting activities.

Continuing to update resources including playtime/lunchtime equipment


School has a wide range of sporting equipment and lessons are well resourced.


At lunchtimes and playtimes the children have access to high quality resources to enhance play.

New kits for school teams


All teams within the school have kits displaying the school logo.


Teacher training from school sports coach and further CPD (Coaching awards)


Teachers are highly skilled and confident in providing challenging and effective lessons.  Children receive the highest standard of teaching in PE.


Specialist sports coach running lunchtime sports activities and aiding PE lessons


At lunchtimes the children have access to a variety of sports activities, building on their skills and teamwork.

Tottenham Hotspurs Development team


Children have sporting role models to inspire them in lessons.


The children have specialist PE lessons, which also acts as CPD for our staff.




End of Year update/impact  


As a result of the Sports Premium funding we have been able to offer a wide range of after school activities that appeal to children that might not usually take part in sporting activities. Over 60% of children within the school now attend at least one club. 


There have been several sports focused days, which have included a day with the Tottenham Hotspur Development team, gymnastics day, cricket day, table tennis sessions and athletics at a local secondary school. 


The teaching and learning of PE has been significantly enhanced by our experienced sports coach. This has helped teachers improve their own practice. 


Our MSA’s are central to initiating play at lunchtimes and resources are monitored and updated regularly.
